I am looking for campus partners interested in Taking Bold Action.
Taking Bold Action is an opportunity for campuses participating in the Ohio Department of Higher Education's Changing Campus Culture initiative. This project brings together a variety of unique campuses to support each other in applying an anti-oppression approach to the collection of annual “Benchmark Surveys.”
Taking Bold Action takes place over two years, and will convene two cohorts:
TBA Cohort 1: Academic Year 2021-2022
TBA Cohort 2: Academic Year 2022-2023
On June 30th 2022, campuses from TBA Cohort 1 came together to share key findings, action opportunities, and plans for next steps. This was the culmination and celebration of our first year. We reviewed successes in partnering TIX Coordinators with other campus offices, increasing response and completion rates among priority groups, and being more inclusive and equitable in our data use practices.
We are currently accepting applications for TBA Cohort 2, with hopes of enrolling twelve additional campuses for next academic year.
